Our planning fees cover the time spent researching and organizing your trip, regardless of whether you book with us. The fees will vary based on the duration and complexity of your itinerary. While we always aim to provide the best value for your journey, it's important to note that the lowest price may not always be the best option. Pricing is just one of the many factors we consider when crafting your perfect itinerary.
What is the best way to communicate throughout the planning process?
We'll begin by discussing your trip and preferences to ensure everything aligns with your vision. We'll keep in touch throughout the process until your itinerary is just right. While we prefer email for communication, we're more than happy to arrange a call to go over the details. You can choose to be as involved in the planning as you wish.
What if i need to cancel, change, or postpone my trip?
Vibe Travel Co. charges a cancellation fee to account for the time spent canceling your customized itinerary. Additional cancellation and modification fees may apply, depending on the suppliers involved and the timing of your changes. The specific policies for cancellations and modifications will be detailed in your proposal.
Can you use my points to book flights and hotels?
We don’t use points to book flights or accommodations, but we’re happy to apply your loyalty numbers wherever possible. You’ll also earn credit card points when using your eligible cards for bookings.
Can you book just some of my trip if i have already started planning?
Depending on the scope of your trip and what still needs to be arranged, we're happy to schedule a consultation call to determine an appropriate planning fee for taking over midway. We typically prefer to manage all trip details to ensure the highest level of quality and service throughout.
Should I purchase travel insurance?
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. It offers coverage for events such as trip interruptions or cancellations for specific reasons, including illness, medical expenses, travel delays, and baggage loss. While we don't sell insurance directly, we work with trusted insurance providers and can provide you with a quote once your trip's f inal price is determined. Please note that many insurance companies require you to purchase coverage within two weeks of making your initial deposit.
